Shipping and Returns


Shipping may take up a few business days due to the fact that we work with a very small team of dedicated people in Togo and in The Netherlands. The price is including shipping in The Netherlands, orders outside of The Netherlands have an extra fee.

We have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You also need the proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you the  instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the return costs will be at your own expense. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted. The original purchase amount will be returned to your bank account within two weeks after reception and control by us. The return will not be effectuated if the bag is damaged. In that case you will be contacted by us with a proposition on how to close the return request.


Damaged articles

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 1-2 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it. We can not receive and handel the damaged/ defective item if you contact us after more than 2 days after reception.
